How to reach us
Centrally located, Astapiana Villa Giusso is just a short distance from many
important sites in the area such as: Pompei 18 km, Herculaneum and Vesuvius
32 km, Naples 45 km, Sorrento 12 km, Positano 18 km, Paestum, 80 km. From
Sorrento there are frequent hydrofoils and ferry boats leaving for the
island of Capri, and from June to September,
for Positano and the Amalfi coast and for the island of Ischia.
- many good restaurants in the surroundings: La Chiana, the nearest one, La
Cantinella in the small village of Arola (km 2), La pergola in the small
village of Ticciano (km 5).
- nearest beaches at 7-8 km (30-40 mn drive)
- sporting center (km 10) at Mount Faito
- diving and Natural Sea Park of Punta Campanella (km15)
- WWF oasis (km 15)
ARRIVAL AND DIRECTIONS

Your arrival is usually expected between 05.00 pm and 8.00pm, if some change
occurs, there is not a problem, only let us know.
Directions to get to Villa Giusso:
1. Take motorway n°.A3 NAPOLI-SALERNO. Be careful!!! From Rome, there are
two motorways going to Salerno: the first one, n.° A30 goes directly to
Salerno and it isn't good and the second one n.° A3 goes to Sorrento and
Salerno and it's the good one. Fro the airport of Naples instead, you have
to follow the indications for A3 motorway (to Castellamare and Salerno)
2. Exit at CASTELLAMARE DI STABIA
3. Follow the sign for SORRENTO. At SEIANO, immediately after the Moon
Valley hotel, turn left towards MONTE FAITO.
4. Put to zero the speedometer
5. Continue towards MONTE FAITO; at 4,6 km (from the cross-road of Seiano),
turn right towards PASSEGGIATE VICANE.
6. Follow the small road: you'll see the monastery wall, pass under a first
stone archway, then turn left, pass a second stone archway and you'll get in
the park. The house is on the left and the bell is between the two wooden
doors at the ground floor.
