CEDRARA, an ancient leisure-time dwelling of the Estes, is the name we have chosen for this farmhouse in the countryside, 7 km from the Este Castle, the heart of the city of Ferrara. The old barn in the courtyard has been completely restored and now hosts four rooms with bathrooms. An ancient fireplace warms the room where breakfast is served in the winter, whereas in the summer breakfast can be served outside. Wooden beams, ancient furniture and all modern comforts, such as air conditioning, TV, phone, minibar, independent heating system guarantee a pleasant stay. Our offers: - bed and breakfast in single rooms, double rooms or junior suite. - to relax a large garden in the surrounding countryside of more than 10,000 square meters, which will be the object of environmental restoration. The area hosts many indigenous trees and bush species, including an interesting collection of herbs and medicinal plants. - bike rental. - any information on local traditions, culture, exhibitions and events. Four rooms, three of which double and one single (an extra bed is available upon request), elegantly furnished and in perfect harmony with the external surroundings… The “Prunus Pissardi” room is refered to as such because it is located on the same side of this beautiful red-leaf tree. In spring, its branches are covered with nice pink blossoms which attract people’s attention especially during the change of seasons.
