The small but recently renovated farmhouse offers accommodation in 4 bedrooms, all of which elegantly decorated with traditional furniture; the large garden has a stunning view of the peaks of Gran sasso d'Italia. The 4 hectares of the property are fully fenced, and include a parking area. Surrounded by ancient oaks, cherry trees, walnut and olive trees, the complex can be defined as a haven of peace in the countryside. The holiday farm provides accommodation in 4 elegant, cosy bedrooms; three of them have double beds, whilst one is equipped with twin beds. All of them are en-suite bedrooms with shower, independent central heating, Sat TV, telephone, safe, minibar, hairdryer and bath linen. Despite its height, at just 410 m. above sea level , the holiday farm is at the foot of the Gran Sasso d’Italia.
