Historical building under the tutelage of the Ministry of the Cultural Heritage, the
farmhouse 'LE TORRI DI BAGNARA' lies in Umbria, 'the green heart of Italy'. From the hill it looks over a wide part of the Tiber Northern Valley, 18 km north of Perugia, at 300 m. over the sea level.
The Tiber Northern Valley is also called 'Museum Valley' because of its beauty, art and culture. It is a fertile plain, entirely crossed by the river that flows for about 50 km from Perugia to Cittą di Castello, in the northern part of Umbria.
The landscape of the valley is surrounded by green mountains and hills dotted with castles, towers and medieval villages.
The holiday farm is made up of three ancient buildings: THE TOWER, SAN
QUIRICO PARISH CHURCH AND QUIRICO HOUSE. It features also a large
private swimming pool located in a broad lawn with flowers, cherry and
olive trees.
The building stands inside the BAGNARA ESTATE, an agro-zootechnic farm featuring 590 hectares of water-plain, woods and pastures, with hare, roe and Chianina cattle raising. The farm is crossed by river Tiber and dotted with small lakes, brooks and medieval castles.
